Responsibilities:
As a Textile Business Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our company's textile operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes:
* Processing and tracking customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery;
* Managing our inventory levels by ordering products as needed and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers;
* Collaborating with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers;
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner;
* Supporting the Sales team by preparing quotes, creating proposals, and providing other administrative assistance.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, textiles, or a related field;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Familiarity with textile production processes and terminology is a plus.
