Job Positions Available:
1、Production Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the textile production department
Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile production management
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Proficient in English language for communication with international teams
2、Textile Engineers
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve textile products using innovative technologies
Conduct research on new materials and techniques
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the technical feasibility of new products
Test and evaluate textile products to ensure quality and performance standards are met
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or a related field
Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and materials
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in English language for reading technical documents and communication with international colleagues
3、Quality Assurance Inspectors
Responsibilities:
Inspect textile products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and report defects and issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Conduct quality audits and inspections on incoming materials and finished products
Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of the supply chain
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and materials
Proficient in English language for communication with international suppliers and colleagues
4、Sales & Marketing Representatives
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile industry
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in the textile industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in English language for communication with international customers and colleagues in the industry. 5.
