Positions Available:
1、Textile Operators (50 positions)
2、Pattern Makers (10 positions)
3、Quality Control Inspectors (15 positions)
4、Production Managers (5 positions)
5、Sales Representatives (10 positions)
Requirements:
Textile Operators:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in textile manufacturing.
Must be able to read and understand patterns and specifications.
Must be able to operate and maintain textile machinery.
Must have a basic understanding of quality control principles.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Pattern Makers:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in pattern making.
Must be able to create patterns from sketches or customer specifications.
Must have a basic understanding of textile materials and construction methods.
Must be able to work independently or in a team environment.
Quality Control Inspectors:
Must have at least 3 years of experience in quality control.
Must be able to inspect textiles for defects and comply with quality standards.
Must have a basic understanding of sampling techniques and testing methods.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Production Managers:
Must have at least 10 years of experience in production management.
Must be able to oversee the entire production process, from start to finish.
Must have a deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes and equipment.
Must be able to manage and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Sales Representatives:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Must have a basic understanding of the textile industry and its products.
Must be able to present proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Must be able to work independently or in a team environment, with the ability to meet sales targets.
