We have a Textile Plant in Suzhou looking for candidates to fill various positions. This plant is one of the leading textile manufacturers in the region and offers competitive salaries and benefits. The positions available are:
1、Weaving Machine Operators - These operators are responsible for operating the weaving machines that convert raw materials into finished products. The job requires a high level of precision and concentration, as the machines operate at high speeds.
2、Maintenance Engineers - These engineers are tasked with the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery in the factory, including weaving machines, looms, and other related equipment. They must have a deep understanding of machinery systems and be able to work independently to solve complex problems.
3、Quality Control Inspectors - This position involves inspecting the finished products to ensure they meet the required standards of quality. Inspectors must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
4、Sales Representatives - These representatives are responsible for selling the finished products to customers worldwide. They must have strong negotiation skills and be able to work independently to close deals.
5、Human Resources Manager - This position involves managing the entire recruitment process, including screening applicants, conducting interviews, and making offers. The HR manager must have a deep understanding of labor laws and be able to build a strong team that can handle all aspects of recruitment effectively.
Requirements for each position:
Weaving Machine Operators: Must have at least 1 year of experience operating weaving machines, preferably in a textile factory environment. Must also have a high school diploma or GED.
Maintenance Engineers: Requires at least 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, with a focus on textile machinery. Must also have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Quality Control Inspectors: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the textile industry. Must also have a high school diploma or GED.
Sales Representatives: Requires at least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial products, particularly textiles. Must also have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Human Resources Manager: The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment. Must also have a master's degree in HR or a related field.
In addition to the specific requirements for each position, all candidates must be able to speak English fluently and have a valid work visa for China. We also prefer candidates with experience in the textile industry, although it is not required for all positions.
