Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in textile machinery maintenance is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
Familiarity with common textile machinery brands and models is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively with production teams and management.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as necessary.
