Job Description:
Operate and monitor textile machines to ensure smooth production process
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines are running at peak performance
Inspect quality of products and ensure compliance with company standards
Record production data and other relevant information
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience in textile manufacturing
Minimum 2 years experience as a Loom Operator or related field
Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (local dialect)
