Position: Textile Machine Operator
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with various textile machines and their maintenance.
Ability to read and understand machine instructions.
Good hands-on skills and ability to work independently.
Strong safety awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Operating textile machines to produce high-quality products.
Monitoring machine performance and quality of output.
Carrying out routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
Following safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Position: Textile Pattern Maker
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in textile pattern making.
Knowledge of different textile materials and their properties.
Proficient in using pattern making software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Creating patterns for different textile products using software tools.
Modifying patterns to meet customer specifications.
Calculating material requirements for each pattern.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure patterns meet quality standards.
Testing patterns on sample machines before production begins.
Position: Textile Sales Representative
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in textile sales.
Knowledge of textile industry and its trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed for sales meetings and product launches.
Responsibilities:
Selling textile products to customers worldwide.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Negotiating sales contracts and terms with customers.
Providing customers with product information and samples.
Tracking sales performance and reporting to management monthly.
Position: Textile Quality Assurance Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in textile quality assurance.
Knowledge of textile industry standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure product quality is consistently high.
Strong leadership skills and effective communicator able to convey urgency when necessary.
Responsibilities:
