POSITIONS VACANT

General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the Fuxin Textile Factory. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in textile industry management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and a strong track record of success in leading and managing large teams. The General Manager will also have to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of proficiency in English.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and marketing strategies of the factory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the textile industry, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, and a successful track record of increasing sales and market share. The Sales Manager will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, as well as a good understanding of the English language.

Production Manager

The Production Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the factory’s production processes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management in the textile industry, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, and a track record of success in improving production efficiency and quality. The Production Manager will also have to demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a basic understanding of English.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of the factory’s workforce. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in human resources management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a successful track record of building strong teams and improving employee satisfaction. The Human Resources Manager will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a basic understanding of English.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial health and stability of the factory. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field, and a track record of success in managing finances and achieving budget targets. The Finance Manager will also have to demonstrate excellent analytical and decision-making skills, as well as a basic understanding of English.

Research & Development Director

The Research & Development Director will be responsible for leading the factory’s research and development efforts, exploring new technologies and innovations that can improve production efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in research and development in the textile industry, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, and a successful track record of developing new technologies that have significantly contributed to improving business performance. The Research & Development Director will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, as well as a good understanding of English.
