We are searching for an individual who not only possesses these qualities but also has a strong background in textiles or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, intermediate and finished products according to established quality control procedures.
Collaborate with other teams in the mill to identify and address any issues or deviations from standard operating procedures.
Prepare reports on inspection findings and maintain accurate records of inspection activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Work with management to develop and implement strategies for improving quality control processes and reducing defects.
Provide training to production staff on quality control principles and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of textile processing and manufacturing technologies is essential.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality control software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
