Job Opportunities:
1、Textile Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the production process, including sorting, loading, and packaging of raw materials and finished goods
* Monitor production equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
* Perform routine maintenance on production equipment as needed
* Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and productivity
* Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a manufacturing or textile industry preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in the use of basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
* Physical abilities required include standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
2、Quality Control Inspector
Responsibilities:
* Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
* Record and document observations, defects, and corrective actions in designated systems
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify potential issues and implement improvements
* Provide technical support and training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
* Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in the use of various testing equipment and methods, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and material analysis
* Willingness to travel to different locations for inspection activities as necessary
* Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (Quality ManagementSystem) would be an advantage.
3、Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management tasks
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to the storage and handling of goods
* Plan and coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse, including scheduling pick-ups from suppliers and deliveries to customers
* Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping products
* Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering forecasts as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
* Use warehouse management software to track inventory, generate reports, and optimize storage layout for maximum efficiency
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using warehouse management software such as SAP, WMS, or Odoo preferred but not required
