Positions Available:
1、Textile Engineer
- Responsible for developing innovative textile products and improving existing ones.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing or R&D, proficiency in English for communication with international counterparts.
2、Production Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of textile production facilities, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in management or related field, 3+ years of experience in textile production management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3、Sales Representative
- Represent the company in international markets, negotiating contracts and expanding market share.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in English for international business communication.
4、Research & Development (R&D) Director
- Lead the company's R&D efforts, developing new products and processes that drive innovation and growth.
- Requirements: Ph.D. in textile science or related field, 10+ years of experience in R&D, published research in the field, strong scientific leadership and innovation ability.
5、Quality Control Manager
- Ensure the quality of all textile products meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quality management or related field, 4+ years of experience in quality control, familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
