Job Description:
The Hubei Textile Logistics Special Line is responsible for managing the entire supply chain of our company, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. This includes coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, inventory management, shipping, and delivery.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
* Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing plans accordingly to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the logistics process.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, safety, and health & safety requirements.
* Provide regular updates and reports on the status of shipments and deliveries to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution, preferably within the textile industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred but not required.
